When might the criminal courts be involved?

A few employment related matters may go to the criminal courts. For example, the Health and Safety Executive can prosecute employers who breach health and safety law. And of course, if you do something illegal at work, such as stealing, or assaulting a colleague, you may be liable to criminal prosecution.
